The highly anticipated reveal of the finalists for the esteemed Loyalty and Engagement Awards 2024, hosted by MARKETING-INTERACTIVE, has arrived. The list of the exceptional contenders is now accessible for public viewing on the awards program's official website.

The finalists of the 12th edition of this long-standing programme will be commended and recognised for their exemplary strategies and executions in loyalty, engagement, and relationship marketing.

This year's event boasts 48 open categories, marking the return of beloved classics alongside the introduction of exciting new additions such as 'Best Loyalty Programme Integration' and 'Best Use of User-Generated Content.' Furthermore, eminent agencies stand the chance to clinch the coveted Agency of the Year titles across three distinct themes: Loyalty, Engagement, and Relationship Marketing. The brand demonstrating exceptional prowess across all categories will be honoured with the distinguished title of 'L&E 2024 Brand of the Year.'

The rigorous judging process of the Loyalty and Engagement Awards was undertaken by a panel of 29 esteemed marketing professionals from across the region.

From the jury panel, GSK’s Sushil Katdare, CX director, Greater China and Intercontinental Region praised the entries for their exceptional skills with which the industry captains are navigating the realms of Loyalty & Engagements.

"Judging them was not only a delightful but also an enlightening experience. My thanks to the MARKETING-INTERACTIVE team,” Katdare said. 

“It has been an incredible experience to witness the myriad of entries emerging from across Southeast Asia, each brimming with creativity from diverse industries,” added Jean Choi, chief sales and marketing officer of Mandai Wildlife Group.

She was also inspired by how different brands articulated their goals clearly and executed their marketing strategies to win the hearts of the consumers.

"The process of delving into these entries was absolutely a privilege,” she said. 

Michael Parsons, senior vice president, marketing and communications, Asia Pacific of Travel + Leisure Co. added that he was particularly impressed by this year's "standout submissions", which ingeniously utilised customer insights to fuel engagement via tailored content and contextual marketing strategies.

"The skill demonstrated throughout the region was truly inspiring and showcased the exceptional talent driving innovation,” said Parsons.

The winners of the 12th annual Loyalty and Engagement Awards will be announced at a live gala dinner and celebration in Singapore on the 14th of June at Shangri La Hotels and Resorts.
