JCDecaux has bolstered its leadership team, appointing John Harris as chief sales officer, Jemma Enright as executive general manager, product and Eddie Foo as executive general manager to oversee strategy, as the out-of-home operator positions for its next phase of growth.
The appointments see Harris, Enright and Foo step into expanded roles across sales, product and strategy, strengthening the company’s leadership as advertisers increasingly look to out-of-home for scale, premium environments and measurable performance.
JCDecaux co-CEO Max Eburne said the appointments reflected a deliberate investment in leadership capability as the business continues to evolve.
“These appointments bring strengthened leadership across sales, product and strategy, with John, Jemma and Eddie stepping into key roles that support our performance and growth agenda,” Eburne said.
Co-CEO Dave Watkins added that the trio’s deep familiarity with the business and its clients would be critical as market conditions and customer expectations continue to shift.
“This is a proven group of leaders who know our business, our clients and our culture,” Watkins said. “Their experience and leadership will help us stay ahead of changing customer needs, strengthen our partnerships, and continue setting the standard for quality and performance in out-of-home.”
Harris’ appointment as chief sales officer marks the next chapter in his 19-year career with JCDecaux across the UK and Australia. Most recently general manager, sales, he now takes responsibility for national sales, trading and programmatic, with a mandate to drive revenue growth and customer outcomes across the network.
Enright steps into the role of executive general manager, product, following her work reshaping JCDecaux’s airport portfolio as general manager, airports. With more than 25 years’ experience spanning media strategy, product and innovation, she will lead the company’s product roadmap as JCDecaux looks to maintain quality and effectiveness across its out-of-home assets.
Foo has been appointed executive general manager, strategy, bringing more than two decades of senior leadership experience across media, construction, travel and industrial services. Since returning to JCDecaux in 2019, he has played a key role in shaping the company’s strategic direction and leading major tender programs, positioning him to advance long-term growth initiatives.
All three executives have commenced in their new roles and join JCDecaux’s leadership team.
