iBox, Indonesia’s largest Apple reseller and a key retail arm of Erajaya Digital, has marked its 20th anniversary with the unveiling of a new logo at The Kasablanka Hall, Jakarta. The rebrand represents both a symbolic and strategic move as iBox reinforces its position as the country’s leading Apple Premium Partner.

The new visual identity combines a sleeker “i” dot to represent seamless experiences and a bold logotype symbolising maturity and strength. Beyond aesthetics, the brand sees the logo as a statement of purpose - reflecting innovation, inspiration, and relevance for the next decade of digital lifestyle growth in Indonesia.

Joy Wahjudi, CEO of Erajaya Digital, underlined the anniversary as both a celebration and a transformation. “Over the past 20 years, iBox has been part of Indonesia’s digital transformation. This achievement is the result of our customers’ trust, the dedication of our team, and a close partnership with Apple as our strategic ally. iBox isn’t just about selling products - it’s about delivering the complete Apple experience, from education and after-sales service to a fully integrated digital ecosystem,” he said in a statement.

Since opening its first outlet at eX Plaza, Central Jakarta in 2005, iBox has grown into a network of more than 180 stores nationwide, spanning Apple Premium Partner, Apple Premium Reseller, and Apple Authorised Reseller formats. The retailer has also expanded its reach online through www.ibox.co.id, its official Shopee shop, and Lazada flagship store.

In addition to hardware sales, iBox has been investing in services that strengthen its brand ecosystem. These include its status as an Apple Authorised Service Provider, trade-in schemes, instalment financing, and product education. More recently, iBox introduced TecProtec with AppleCare Services in partnership with bolttech, providing certified repairs with genuine Apple parts and expert support.

The “20 years of iBox for Indonesia” campaign is not only about the rebrand but also a customer-facing celebration. Alongside the logo reveal, iBox is staging an anniversary concert featuring leading national musicians. An “iBox 20 exhibition” at Kota Kasablanka Atrium offers customers interactive showcases, Apple product experiences, and chances to win exclusive access to the anniversary event.

Special promotions are also running across all outlets and online channels, including discounts of up to 20%, vouchers worth up to IDR 500,000 (US$30.75), and 0% instalment plans with major banks.

“The launch of our new logo on our 20th anniversary marks a new chapter for iBox - more modern, more connected to our customers, and more prepared to meet the challenges of the future. With the spirit of ‘20 years of iBox for Indonesia,’ we are ready to move forward while upholding the values that brought us to where we are today,” said Wahjudi.
