“The appointment of GHC Asia and Accela Communications comes as we prepare to reveal Grand Hyatt Singapore’s reimagined spaces, which will be more theatrical and captivating than ever before,” said Charis Choi, the regional vice president, sales and marketing Southeast Asia at Hyatt Hotels and Resorts.

According to Choi, GHC Asia will be leading the hotel’s strategic communications and will work to uplift its luxury positioning, while also focusing on partnership marketing and international media outreach.

“The hotel’s rich history and international acclaim give us a strong backdrop from which to build new stories and forge meaningful partnerships, driving awareness across traditional media, digital platforms and social touchpoints,” said Paul Hicks, founder and CEO of GHC Asia.

On the other hand, Accela Communications will be handling creative communications for the F&B and wellness experiences that embrace sustainability at its core, according to a statement by the brand.

Accela Communications will take creative license in developing guest-centric story angles for iconic lifestyle destinations, such as Pete’s Place, Oasis, StraitsKitchen and Damai Spa.

The collaboration is dedicated to highlighting the new launch of Dettol’s shower cream, with specially designed “Beauty in the City” White Camellia themed rooms, which allows consumers to indulge in the natural scent of white camellia and onsen minerals with Dettol’s shower cream. On top of the bathtub is a wooden bath tray with a vase of white camellia, creating a pleasant and soothing onsen experience for consumers.
