General Motors Specialty Vehicles has launched its first major brand campaign for Australia and New Zealand, unveiling the 2025 GMC Yukon Denali through a multi-platform push titled Made for More.

Developed by MBCS with production partner CRATER, the campaign introduces the US-built full-size SUV to local audiences through an aspirational “day in the life” spot built around a modern Australian family. The ad positions the Yukon Denali not just as a premium vehicle, but as a lifestyle enabler, one that blends performance with comfort across both urban and outdoor settings.

The campaign launched this week across digital and social platforms in both countries, with actor Will Arnett providing voiceover. A broader rollout is expected to accompany GMC’s formal entry into the region.

“It’s not every day you get to launch an entirely new automotive brand in this region,” MBCS managing director Harry Preston, said. “We tackled Made for More with big ambitions and a grounded creative approach.”

Creative director Shanan Goldring added that the campaign aimed to reflect the dual needs of modern families: “We didn’t just want to showcase the GMC Yukon Denali - we wanted to show what it unlocks.”

Directed by Madeline King and Cameron March, the launch film captures the vehicle in a mix of sweeping and intimate scenes, aiming to convey both scale and relatability. Voiceover from Arnett adds a layer of GMC brand familiarity for Australian viewers.

The campaign comes as GMSV expands its footprint in the region with a premium focus, and seeks to challenge competitors in the large SUV category with the professional-grade Yukon Denali.

The Made for More campaign is live now across digital and video platforms in Australia and New Zealand.
