Independent media agency This is Flow has named Kim Raicevich as chief client service officer, a new role to support its run of new business.

Raicevich brings more than 35 years of global media, marketing and leadership experience across Australia, Japan, New York and Malaysia, spanning senior roles at multinational agencies and media organisations.

Most recently, she worked across consulting, transition leadership and client lead roles, including nine years at PHD Australia, where she led the Volkswagen Group Australia account from 2016 to 2023. During that time, she also completed a strategic project stint with PHD and OMG New York and served on the agency’s senior leadership team and Omnicom Media Group’s Reconciliation Action Plan Committee.

Her career includes senior leadership roles at Fairfax Media, Omnicom Media Group, Aegis Media Network, Universal McCann and Clemenger. She has held leadership responsibilities across global clients including Unilever, PepsiCo, SC Johnson and Bayer.

Raicevich will work closely with the agency’s business directors, leadership team and client partners to support agency growth and lift client experience and retention outcomes.

“Kim brings an exceptional level of agency experience and media skill to Flow, and she has already had an immediate impact on our team and the agency,” Jimmy Hyett, CEO of This is Flow, said. “Investing and expanding our leadership team with someone of Kim’s pedigree elevates the whole agency and places us in the right position to maintain the strongest culture and client retention in the industry.”
