Agentic AI platform Decidr has raised $20 million to accelerate international expansion and support the rollout of its agentic operating system, DecidrOS.
The ASX-listed company said the raise will support deployments in Australia and the US, fast-track the creation of its proprietary “Agentic Graph” data model, and onboard a pipeline of pre-signed global clients and partners.
Decidr’s infrastructure is already being used by brands including CareerOne, eBev, Go1, Elmo, Edible Beauty, AIM and Growth Faculty, enabling them to hand off complex decisions and operations to autonomous, goal-oriented systems.
Executive chairman David Brudenell (pictured left) said the placement marked a major step in building an “agentic economy.”
“This raise reflects the strong momentum Decidr is building through our global partnerships, growing customer base, and expanding agentic ecosystem,” he said.
“The support from institutional investors allows us to accelerate global growth and fast-track the creation of the Agentic Graph: the foundation of AI-native organisations," added Brudenell.
The raise was backed by new and existing institutional investors, which the company said underscored demand for AI platforms that move beyond generative point solutions toward scalable business infrastructure.
