Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines (CCEAP) has renewed its partnership with Popeyes Philippines, reaffirming Coca-Cola's position as the official beverage provider across all Popeyes outlets nationwide. This collaboration ensures that every Popeyes meal is complemented by a refreshing Coca-Cola drink.
A signing ceremony marking the renewal took place at Popeyes Market! Market!, attended by key executives from both companies. Representing CCEAP were president and CEO Gareth McGeown (pictured, right) and commercial VP Chris Pesigan, among other executives. Popeyes Philippines was represented by president and CEO Roy Quejada (pictured, left), COO Dan Hayton, and marketing director Dustin Ngo.
"Together, we're excited to spark crazy love among the guests with great-tasting chicken and refreshing moments!" Coca-Cola said in a social media post.

As part of this renewed partnership, Coca-Cola products will continue to be prominently featured across Popeyes' marketing channels. The collaboration extends to Popeyes' newest store locations, including those in Greenhills and SM Dasmariñas.
Currently operating 60 outlets across the Philippines, Popeyes is on an expansion path both within and beyond Metro Manila. This partnership with Coca-Cola will further enhance its dining experience as it grows its footprint nationwide.
Established in 1972 in New Orleans, Louisiana, Popeyes has built a global following, including in Asia. It first entered the Philippine market in 2001 but exited in 2007 due to franchising issues. The brand made a comeback in 2018 through a new agreement with Kuya J Group, launching its first outlet in Pasig.
Meanwhile, The Coca-Cola Company's Asia Pacific division spans 37 markets, reaching approximately 3.3 billion consumers, with an industry retail value of around US$500 billion, according to its website.
Most recently, in Kuala Lumpur, Coca-Cola transformed a laundromat into an immersive pop-culture playground with South Korean girl group NewJeans, allowing visitors to upcycle their denim and unlock exclusive RFID patches with personalised messages. In Hong Kong, Coca-Cola has become a founding partner of Kai Tak Sports Park while serving as the exclusive non-alcoholic ready-to-drink beverage supplier for the Hong Kong Sevens.
