Hong Kong hospitality group Cafe Deco Group has appointed JIN Communications as its public relations representative to drive group-wide promotional campaigns across its extensive portfolio of restaurants and lifestyle concepts, following a pitch earlier this year.

Leveraging deep expertise in lifestyle and hospitality communications, JIN Communications will lead PR strategies to enhance Cafe Deco Group’s brand visibility and engage audiences across traditional and digital platforms.

JIN Communications has worked closely with Cafe Deco Group for a number of years, supporting their campaigns and building trusted relationships.

With offices in Hong Kong and Melbourne, and a team bringing more than two decades of experience in public relations and event management, the agency specialises in lifestyle sectors such as restaurants and bars, food and wine, beauty and wellness, and retail. This background, together with our bilingual capabilities and understanding of the hospitality space, made JIN a natural fit to continue supporting the Group.

The one-year partnership underscores both parties’ commitment to sustained brand-building and strategic engagement.

Cafe Deco Group’s diverse portfolio spans 36 restaurants and bars in Hong Kong, with an international presence extending to Australia, offering a wide range of cuisines and distinctive dining experiences.

Among the 20 brands it owns or operates, original concepts include AIRSIDE Cafe & Patisserie, ANJU, Bamboo Thai, Bistro Hoi An, Cafe Deco Pizzeria, Chef’s Cuts, Chef’s Market at Central Market, Matjeom, Pier 7 Cafe & Bar, Smokehouse Bar & Grill, Stormies, tonic, WATERMARK, and Cafe Sydney in Australia.

The group has also brought international names to Hong Kong, including Chatime, Duan Chun Zhen, Kyoto Katsugyu, nana’s green tea, Takeroku Ramen, and Uogashi Nihonichi.

“Cafe Deco Group as long been recognised for delivering quality dining and memorable experiences in Hong Kong. By partnering with JIN Communications, we look forward to presenting our brands with fresh storytelling and effective strategies that strengthen our presence in the market,” said Catherine Yuen, director of sales and business development, Cafe Deco Group.

Minnie King, founder and director of JIN Communications, said: “We have worked with Cafe Deco Group on many successful opening campaigns over the past three years, and are excited to elevate the group’s media awareness and public appreciation through our continuous partnership.”
