BlueCurrent Group has promoted Cheryl Pan (pictured) to senior vice president and partner, general manager, Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area of the company. With her promotion to partner, Pan will use her 11 years of experience in BlueCurrent Group to further accelerate the firm’s expansion in the Greater Bay Area with a renewed focus on key capabilities and bolstered presence.
Prior to her promotion, Pan was first appointed senior vice president and general manager of the Greater Bay Area in April 2022 to set up the brand’s first office in Guangzhou. She was elevated to senior vice president and general manager in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area to oversee BlueCurrent’s two offices in Hong Kong and Guangzhou four months later.
In a conversation with MARKETING-INTERACTIVE, Pan said, “Greater Bay Area represents one of the quickest growing parts of our business. We are excited to see increasing interests from clients and to add value to their businesses as a trusted advisor with strategic thinking and creative execution.”
"I’m thrilled to drive our growth to the next level with a dynamic and progressive multicultural team with a challenger culture. Driven by our passion to connect Chinese brands with the world and global brands with China, we are committed to helping our clients to create impact in the Greater Bay Area and beyond,” she added.
