AXA Financial Indonesia names Windra Krismansyah head of marketing communications

AXA Financial Indonesia has appointed Windra Krismansyah (pictured) as its new head of marketing communications, tasking him with leading the insurer's brand strategy, corporate communications, public relations, and social impact agenda.
Krismansyah joins the company from Generali Indonesia, where he also most recently served as head of marketing communications. He concluded a six-year tenure with the Italian insurer.
In his new role, he will oversee AXA Financial Indonesia's integrated marketing communications strategy while working to strengthen the company's brand reputation and stakeholder engagement.

Reporting to Cicilia Nina, director and chief customer & marketing officer, Krismansyah will also be responsible for advancing the insurer's sustainability and community programmes, aligning these initiatives with the company's broader purpose.
His appointment reflects AXA Financial Indonesia's focus on building stronger connections with customers, partners, and the wider community. Part of the Paris-based AXA Group, AXA operates in Indonesia through several businesses spanning life insurance, general insurance, and asset management.
Alongside driving integrated marketing communications, Krismansyah will lead efforts to manage relationships with key stakeholders while supporting programmes designed to enhance the company's corporate reputation and social contribution.
The move marks Krismansyah's return to the AXA Group after more than 13 years. He previously served as head of brand and communications at Mandiri AXA General Insurance before leaving the group in late 2012.
