Business consultancy 24HRBP is extending its international footprint with the launch of a London office, marking its entry into the UK market and broadening its advisory reach across Europe.
Founded by media and marketing veteran Andrew “Billy” Baxter, 24HRBP’s expansion positions the consultancy across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Singapore and now London, as demand grows for rapid strategic alignment and transformation advisory.
Baxter framed the move as a response to client demand and shifting market dynamics.
“Our international expansion into London is in direct response to market demand and a growing roster of UK and European-based clients who want access to the business’ innovative advisory approach,” he said.
The UK operation brings together a leadership team of former agency and digital executives, led by Guy Wieynk and Nick Constantinou as co-founders and senior advisors.
Wieynk brings more than 25 years of C-suite experience, including senior roles at AKQA, where he established eight global studios, alongside leadership positions as European CEO of Publicis Worldwide and global CEO of AnalogFolk. His career spans agency transformation, platform pivots and venture advisory.
Constantinou joins with more than two decades of experience in digital transformation and creative consultancy leadership. During his time at AKQA, he led offices to more than £40 million in revenue and delivered work for brands including Xbox, T-Mobile, Nike and Coca-Cola. His background includes business turnarounds, consultancy scaling and digital platform development.
Baxter said the appointments were central to establishing credibility and momentum in the UK.
“Guy and Nick collectively bring more than 45 years’ experience in leading high growth organisations to success. I am thrilled with the calibre of the UK’s founding team and what their combined skills bring to the European market,” he said.
Wieynk positioned the consultancy’s model as a counterpoint to slower, traditional advisory timelines.
“Most businesses lose 12–18 months during major transitions because they lack strategic clarity upfront,” he said.
“Our framework prevents these expensive delays by delivering complete strategic alignment in 24 hours, not traditional timelines. We’ve now validated this across 200+ businesses in 14 countries, and we’re bringing that proven methodology to the UK.”
Constantinou emphasised the link between strategy and execution.
“Strategy without execution is just expensive wallpaper,” he said.
“We’ve built a process that delivers both — complete clarity on where you’re going and total alignment on how to get there. That’s why 85% of our clients grow in year one, with average revenue growth of 24%.”
The consultancy said the London office is operational effective immediately.
