Times Publishing appoints PHD

Times Publishing has appointed PHD for media planning and buying duties across all its brands for the local market.A Times Publishing spokesperson confirmed the news to Marketing.Its brands include Marshall Cavendish(its publishing brand), Times Printers(Times' printing services), Pansing and Times bookstores (pictured), My Pals are Here and Culture Shock.Earlier, PHD won the account for the Singapore Sports Council for a 12 month period, following a pitch.
