Star's Modern Living TV returns for second season

Modern Living TV, a spinoff lifestyle show from one of the Philippine Star’s Saturday lifestyle sections, returns for a second season this coming weekend, hosted again by the broadsheet’s columnists Stephanie Zubiri and Bianca Gonzalez.Modern Living TV Season 2 will run for 13 episodes on the ABS-CBN News Channel (ANC) starting on Saturday, 13 December with replays every Sunday. Its first season just began in July this year with 16 episodes that run until October.Lucien Dy Tioco, Star’s SVP for sales and marketing, shared during the launch of the show that it was created to bring life into urban space and interior design topics that are best to be seen and heard than just being read,“Star Lifestyle has always been an authority in trailblazing all the latest trends in fashion, food or in architecture and interior design; so the lure of producing a TV show using Modern Living has been very tempting for us since it’s an opportunity to spread content into different formats,” he adds.READ ALSO: Philippine Star ventures into TV with new lifestyle showThe 28-year old publication became the first newspaper in the country to venture into television thanks to Modern Living. In addition, it was also used to showcase its first-of-its kind app with augmented reality (AR) features launched this April.The AR feature, called Read It!
