SK-II holds Mother's Day brunch, breaks record

In honor of Mother’s Day, SK-II held it’s first-ever largest Mother’s Day brunch at The South Beach Singapore, where SK-II clinched a place in the Singapore Book for Records for the most number of Mother’s Day photos uploaded on Facebook in one hour, claimed the brand in a press statement.A total of 253 photos were recorded to be uploaded on the beauty brand’s Singapore Facebook page during the time period.The brunch was held to encourage Singaporeans to be more expressive in showing love and gratitude to their mothers, as part of SK-II’s #changedestiny global movement. After watching the latest SK-II Mother’s Day campaign video uploaded on its YouTube page on 17 April, children present verbally expressed their gratitude to their mothers and shared the moment on social media.Singapore’s beauty and fashion influencers were present at the event with their mothers, along with Mediacorp artiste Jamie Yeo and her daughter.The Spring Butterfly Limited Edition Facial Treatment Essence was also unveiled at the event, dedicated for mothers. Other activities organised aimed to strengthen the mother-child bond, along with the curating of flower bouquets at the SK-II flower cart and the provision of professional photo shoots.
