Singapore Polytechnic (SP) has appointed digital marketing agency Juzzweb to undertake its digital and social marketing duties. According to GeBiz, the appointment is on a retainer basis for a year, with the option to renew for another, subject to satisfactory performance.
This followed a tender which was called on 18 May 2017, which saw three other agencies vying for the account. This included Amobee Group, Lins Advertising and Marketing and WS Group.
Earlier this year, Singapore Polytechnic named Asatsu-DK Singapore (ADK) as its advertising agency following a public tender. ADK Singapore took on duties including the conceptualisation, design and placement of advertisements in newspapers, other print media, radio and online media.
It also partnered with the LEGO Group in April for its #LEGOBuildAmazing campaign. The idea was then taken to a group of engineering students from the School of Aeronautical Engineering at Singapore Polytechnic, who faced the not-so-easy task of turning fantasy into reality.
Founded in 2001, Juzzweb specialises in online marketing, web and application development and the conceptualisation of targeted campaigns. Clients it has collaborated with include Chan Brothers, National Geographic, Institute of Technical Education and NBC Universal, according to its website.
