
Shell Lubricants makes senior marketing appointments

In a slew of new appointments, Shell has named Carol Chen (pictured) as general manager for consumer lubricants marketing, based in London. Chen was previously the marketing general manager for Shell's China and Hong Kong Lubricants business.Prior to Shell, Chen had over 20 years' of marketing experience working in P&G across four different locations: Singapore, China, Canada and USA.Shell has also named Roger Moulding as vice president for global lubricants marketing and lubricants sales in Europe, Middle East and Africa. He was previously the vice president for global key accounts and marketing.Moulding has worked in numerous international business roles and set up Shell's highly successful global key accounts business. He will continue to be based in London.Other appointments at Shell saw Selda Gunsel becoming general manager of products & quality in Shell's Lubricants Supply Chain organisation. Gunsel will work to drive continuous improvement in the design, sourcing, development and deployment of Shell's lubricant products and product portfolio. She will be continue to be based out of Houston, USA.It also appointed Andrew Hepher as vice president of global commercial technology. He was previously the general manger for consumer lubricants marketing, and brings with him an established track record of building strong businesses and teams to the technology team.
