Renton leaves Vserv.mobi

Elliot Renton, former mobile ad network Vserv.mobi GM of Publisher Alliances, has left the company to take up the role of commercial director at Perform Group.He will be reporting to Tim Holland - managing director for Asia Pacific and will be based in Singapore.In his new role, Renton will be leading all commercial growth of the business across the region. This includes strategy, business development, advertising & sponsorship sales and content distribution.He is also tasked to drive the revenue growth of the company's key assets, including VOD ePlayer, Goal.com among several others whilst managing a regional team. Renton will be creating long term partnerships across online, mobile and TV.Renton (pictured) was at Vserv.mobi from September last year and prior to that he spent three years with Nokia managing all brand partnerships across the mobile app space. He was also the head of sales for the APAC sport and media business at Getty Images in Singapore.Perform specialises in monetising sports and entertainment rights across digital media.A spokesperson at Vserv.mobi has said it has not yet appointed a replacement for Renton.
