R3 has brought on four new senior talents into important consulting roles to its New York office. Joining as a senior consultant to boost R3’s media capabilities is Lana Tobengauz, who brings over 20 years of experience from Assembly Media, Publicis Media, WPP and Omnicom Media.
In her previous roles, Tobengauz oversaw cross functional teams in client management, communications planning, investment and analytics, and has since evolved her practice to focus on the integration of ROI focused accountability, digital transformation and brand marketing.
Iris Chan also joins the team as a senior consultant. Her diverse international experience spans both the US and APAC markets, and includes strategy and insights roles focusing on consumer-media insights, global brand localisation and repositioning, and digital creative content marketing. She has worked across several luxury brands, as well as global CPG, beverage and automotive brands.
Vincent Tam comes to R3 as senior strategy consultant with a rich digital background and over twenty years of experience in both B2C and B2B across the US, Asia and Europe. He has worked to drive client success at agencies in New York and Los Angeles before moving to Asia where he became regional managing director for one of Omnicom’s top agencies.
Also joining as a senior consultant is Kristin Gower. Before coming to R3, she worked as a regional manager in one of New York’s leading media agencies. Her diverse experience spans both the agency and client sides, as well as consulting. Her previous roles include leading the marketing team for a global appliance manufacturer in both China and North America, and she brings over 20 years of experience in marketing, PR and media to her new role at R3.
