Prudential backs largest ever carnival in Singapore at Marina Bay

Prudential has come on board as the title sponsor for the “Prudential Marina Bay Carnival” organised by Pico Pro, which covers 25,000 square metres of Singapore’s business centre. The carnival will run from 8 December 2017 to 1 April 2018 and sponsor partners include Evian, Singtel, Suntec City, Tiger Beer, Mobike and Scoot.

“Play is an important part of building emotional and physical well-being. Through our sponsorship of the carnival, we provide an opportunity for families and friends to have fun and to spend more quality time with each other while staying active,” Angela Hunter, chief customer officer of Prudential Singapore, said.

The carnival’s hashtag is #TakeMeToTheCarnival and features over 40 rides and games flown in from different European countries. Over 20 food vendors will be present at the event, which will also feature hip-hop rapper TheLionCityBoy, pop punk artiste Falling Feathers and singer Jasmine Sokko.

“We want to hark back to the good old times where the entire family would have an amazing day out at an amusement park, but maintaining a low price point for the enjoyment of all. Working with overseas fairground experts, it is an opportunity to present a never-before carnival experience in the heart of Singapore’s city centre to celebrate with our community,” Barnabas Chia, GM at Pico Pro and organising team lead for the carnival, said.
