POSSIBLE APAC CCO Pei Pei Ng heads to Spa Esprit Group

Spa Esprit Group has appointed Pei Pei Ng (pictured) as marketing and creative director, reporting to company founder Cynthia Chua. Prior to the move, Ng was chief creative officer for POSSIBLE APAC, and was with the company since 2015.In this newly-created role, Ng will be responsible for leading creative and marketing campaigns for the organisation. The role also requires capabilities in cross-disciplines amidst technology and digital ecosystems, the statement read. She will also help build the company’s portfolio of brands based on the company’s vision, inspiration and imagination, within a culture of people empowerment and creativity.During her time at POSSIBLE, Ng reported to Paul Soon, then-APAC CEO. She first joined the company as an executive creative director and was later promoted to chief creative officer. She was tasked with leading the Singapore creative team while providing support for regional initiatives. Before POSSIBLE, Ng also held remits at agencies such as Mirum, J. Walter Thompson, TBWA\Group Singapore, Saatchi & Saatchi as well as Ogilvy & Mather.Most recently, Spa Esprit Group appointed Gerard Lim as general manager to manage the beauty product business developmental process on a local, regional and international level. Prior to move, Lim was managing director of POSSIBLE Singapore.Spa Esprit Group is a company which handles a portfolio of 17 lifestyle brands, including Strip, Browhaus, Skinny Pizza, Common Man Coffee Roasters and Tiong Bahru Bakery, to name a few, its website read.
