Malaysian public relations consultancy Perspective Strategies has appointed Tan May Lee (pictured) as executive director. Tan is tasked to grow the firm’s business in addition to providing senior counsel across key corporate and marketing communication clients. Tan will also be responsible in establishing the firm’s financial communication and investor relations practice.
Tan brings with her 13 years of experience in corporate and financial communications across a wide breadth of sectors. Prior to joining Perspective Strategies, she was the client services director at Ming, KH and Associates. She has also worked in leading global and local agencies including Edelman PR Worldwide and Perception Management.
Tan also spent eight years in her capacity as an in-house communication and investor relations specialist with property developers E&O Group and Ireka Corporation. At E&O, she was a member of the pioneer team responsible in carving the corporate and product brands from inception, alongside her roles in investment and investor relations. She then moved on to Ireka to set up and head the communication and investor relations division.
