Driven Communications’ oto.my just got a facelift, with updates and redesigns to give users a host of new features and functions.
The site now comes with social media elements with Facebook, Twitter and Google Plus share buttons, allowing car sellers and potential buyers to connect before they meet to carry out any business transactions.
Other changes to the site include enhanced visual experience with retina display for Apple device users, new membership account types, improved calculator functionality and new listing categories.
Paul Tan, managing director of Driven Communications, said the change comes on the back of feedback received while wanting something to highlight at an upcoming exhibit at MATRADE.
“We wanted to have something to shout about at our booth at the ASIA KLASIKA classic car concourse exhibit this weekend at MATRADE. We are sponsoring the event, which will see the Sultan of Johor there with his fleet of classic cars.
“So among the other features and new look that we launched, we also added a dedicated section for classic cars to be launched at ASIA KLASIKA,” added Tan.
In letting people know about the new changes, Driven is running Facebook and Google ads with announcements on its own car websites. It is also running an on-ground promotional activity at ASIA KLASIKA this weekend.
“Our goal is to create an online classifieds marketplace for automobiles that allow car buyers and sellers to converge with ease and minimal fuss. As more and more people turn towards the Internet to find their desired automobiles, oto.my now offers a cutting-edge browsing experience.
“Users can leverage on a blend of new features to aid their pursuits, be it to sell or buy a car,” said Tan.
Oto.my was created to provide the right tools and visibility to help bring automobile buyers and sellers together by providing a comprehensive virtual showroom.
It was the first automobile listing site in Malaysia to feature intelligent targeted listing aggregation to reach out to more than one million car buyers on paultan.org.
