National Library Board (NLB) has posted a tender looking for a public relations agency to handle its PR duties and implement strategies for the local market.
Marketing understands that the chosen agency will be tasked to handle upcoming projects for the board and the appointment would be for a period of one year. There is also an option for the chosen agency to extend the contract for a two year period.
Last year, NLB conducted several PR pitches appointing various PR firms to handle the projects throughout the year. For its Speak Good English Movement for 2012, PR duties for the campaign are being handled by Fulford PR. NLB appointed 99 Degree and Mandate Advertising International as its creative and media agencies respectively.
It also appointed Communications DNA for PR duties for the Singapore Memory Project while XM Asia was chosen to develop a unique virtual platform to collect and share memories leading up to Singapore‘s 50th birthday in 2015.
NLB declined to comment on the tender.
