Newgate Communications opens Shanghai office

Strategic communications consultancy Newgate Communications announced the expansion of its Asia operations with the launch of an office in Shanghai.Newgate’s new Shanghai office is being established by Hong Kong partner and co-founder Grace Zhang. Zhang has more than a decade’s experience working with clients in China and globally on corporate brand-building and reputation issues, capital markets and M&A transactions, complex restructurings, as well as crisis and litigation situations. She reports to Greater China managing partner and founder, Richard Barton.Barton commented, “Establishing a Shanghai office is a natural extension for Newgate, to meet strong demand from both Chinese and global businesses for support on the increasingly complex communications issues they face.
