Nestlé Philippines has chosen to stay with ZenithOptimedia (ZO) as its media agency and expanded its role to include the media planning and buying business of Wyeth Philippines.
ZenithOptimedia won both accounts following a media pitch in late 2013. ZO has been the incumbent since 2003 for Nestlé Philippines while the Publicis-owned agency snapped the Wyeth account from MEC. Zenith and MEC are Nestlé’s globally-aligned networks.
“The decision to award the business to ZenithOptimedia was based on a strong combination of factors including strategic planning, digital acumen, buying efficiencies, and leadership strength,” said Nestlé Philippines communication director Sandra Puno.
