Get Sold Corporation, a joint venture between Summit Media and Ringier AG, has formally launched a new print magazine to complement its online real estate classifieds website MyProperty.ph.Aries Espinosa, formerly the special projects manager of the Philippine Daily Inquirer, serves as editor in chief of Get Sold’s first offline offering, MyProperty magazine.Classifieds will still be up for display, but general manager Butz de Castro explains the magazine aim to provide current and new users with “richer content that’s beyond ordinary projects and classifieds listings”.The magazine’s chief focus is to present stories that are more relatable readers. It contains human interest pieces like tips and buying guides to pique the general public’s interest while it also has more business-oriented stories about top projects, the property developers who built them and the booming real estate locations around the country.Along with more editorial content, more classified listings will be up for display, further boosting the chances of connecting the right property seeker with the right property seller,” De Castro adds.First copies of the maiden issue were handed out to attendees of the recently held “Driven Pinoy Dream Property and Lifestyle Event 2013 last December, featuring companies like Vista Residences, Avida Land and Grand Monaco.
