Ministry of Defence (MINDEF) and the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) are looking for an agency to launch its integrated marketing and communications campaign.
The campaign aims to raise public support for NS men and reach out to employers to promote the hire of NS men. Some of the key areas of responsibility are campaign management and planning, website development and maintenance, social media engagement, public relations and media management.
MINDEF and SAF are also embarking on a new strategy comprising the formation of the employer and business council along with the launch of the employer engagement campaign. The agency will be required to conceptualise, execute and manage all the integrated marketing and communications of the employer engagement campaign for a period of one year. This involves branding of the E&B Council as leading representatives of the business community advocating support for NS.
The chosen agency will also need to encourage participation in the Total Defence Awards which will undergo a revamp.
