After snatching the coveted overall winner title at the Mob-Ex Awards 2018 this March, Accenture Interactive, Greater China continued its winning streak and took home the heavy-weight metal – Best of Show – Agency at MARKies Awards 2018 last night at InterContinental Hong Kong.
Meanwhile, adidas’ high-profile outdoor campaign adidas Sports Base was crowned Best of Show – Campaign after bagging a total of four gold, two silver and one bronze awards.
Accenture Interactive, Greater China clinched five gold awards in the Best Idea – Integrated Marketing, Best Idea – Gaming, Best Idea – Events, Best Use of Integrated Media and Best Idea – Experiential categories.
The consulting firm also won four silver and one bronze in the Best Idea – Apps, Best Idea – Customer Engagement, Best Use of Apps, Best Idea – Customer Acquisition as well as Best Use of Budget categories.
Accenture Interactive scored for clients adidas Hong Kong, CLP Power Hong Kong, SKY100 Hong Kong and Vans APAC, taking home multiple trophies in 10 categories.

adidas Sports Base took place during summer beneath the Observation Wheel at Hong Kong Harbourfront, and aimed to create a stronger bond and relationship with sports lovers and the public at large by promoting a variety of sports.
Judges did not have an easy time as there was fierce competition when assessing the most creative, innovative and all-rounded campaigns of the year. The 2018 judging panel was made up of senior marketing experts from brands in Hong Kong, check out the full list of judges here.
