LeSports bags exclusive FA Cup broadcast rights

LeSports has secured the exclusive broadcasting rights for the FA Cup for the next three seasons, from 2016/2017 to 2018/2019.This news comes just two weeks after the company announced it had been awarded the exclusive broadcast rights for the Chinese Football Association Super League (CSL).LeSports will be broadcasting the last seven matches of this season’s FA Cup to Le VIP members for free.Yizhong Cheng, CEO of LeSports Hong Kong, said he is very excited about the expansion of of LeSports content in Hong Kong. As a football fan himself, he is thrilled to be able to watch the FA Cup finals for free.It is the first time in Hong Kong for the live broadcasting of sporting events acquired by an internet company.
