Property consultancy Knight Frank has appointed Mei Wong (left) as executive director, head of international project marketing and Fiona Priest as director of international project marketing.
With 20 years of international residential sales experience in Hong Kong, Mei Wong will lead Knight Frank’s Hong Kong international project marketing team in marketing residential developments from all around the world to Asia-based buyers.
She is also responsible for providing professional advice to developers and investors on new acquisitions. Prior to joining Knight Frank, Mei held senior positions at James Charles Partners, Pacific Century Premium Developments Ltd (PCPD) and Jones Lang LaSalle.
Fiona Priest will be responsible for overseeing the international residential project sales and marketing activities in Hong Kong. She was previously with James Charles Partners, Jones Lang LaSalle, and Colliers International where she gained experience in servicing international clients.
Piers Brunner, CEO of Greater China, at Knight Frank says, “As the Hong Kong residential market continues to surge, there is an increasing number of investors choosing to invest overseas. London is best positioned in the UK region to take advantage from Brexit and benefit from the upturn currently underway in the global economy. We believe more investors will look for investment opportunities that can generate a stable income stream and capital growth over the long run in mature and diverse property markets like London.”
