With this partnership, iProspect clients can utilise the latest industry advancements and customise the technology to their individual needs. iProspect has become the first agency to be certified by Sprinklr and under the accreditation.
iProspect team members have undergone intensive training to ensure they maintain strong deployment for clients, and that they effectively leverage and secure ROI across the broadest possible feature set in Sprinklr on an ongoing basis.
As part of the partnership, a permanent Sprinklr team will operate out of the iProspect London office.
