iProperty Malaysia has revamped its website, iproperty.com.my, to provide a fresh new look aimed at providing a more responsive and unique property experience to consumers. In a statement to A+M, iProperty Malaysia said the introduction of the newly enhanced features on iproperty.com.my marks another significant milestone for the company in Malaysia following its multi-million dollars acquisition by REA Group in February 2016 from Patrick Grove, founder and CEO of Catcha Group which owns iflix.Starting from now, users who visit the website can search for their property and contact the agents or developers "in a clean, simple, and functional space that is not only relevant, but in rich content."Headquartered in Melbourne, REA Group is a multinational digital advertising company listed on Australian Stock Exchange. It's also a subsidiary of Rupert Murdoch-owned News Corp, with property sites scattered in Australia, China, US, and Europe.Haresh Khoobchandani, iProperty.com chief executive officer of Malaysia and Singapore said the introduction of the refreshed and more responsive site aims to deliver the better user experience for its Malaysian consumers. “The new site is the continuation of an amazing experience for our customers in Malaysia and it began with a simple question; What do our customers want?"“Our aim is to continue to improve and innovate our products to offer a personalised and unique experience to our consumers. In doing so, we hope to develop better leads, which would translate to better conversion for our customers and help make it easier for our consumers to find properties. Our goal is to change the way Malaysia experience property,”Khoobchandani added.
