ION Orchard has renewed KRDS Singapore’s contract to manage the brand’s digital presence for another year.
A one-stop destination for the world’s best brands’ flagship, concept and lifestyle stores, ION Orchard sought to bring this vibrant essence to life in the digital space on its social media platforms and fashion and lifestyle blog, ION Insider.
While keeping user experience in mind, the content for ION Orchard was curated using native applications and website development, giving an overall digital echo to strengthen the brand’s identity on social media. With innovation being the key focus, several successful campaigns have been created, such as ION Holideals and a Facebook cover photo that changes based on the weather.
Recently, a 360° video of ION Orchard went live on its social media pages which expressed the journey of an Ang Pow at ION Orchard during the CNY holidays. ION Orchard also claims to be the first brand in Singapore to use Facebook Live to announce its Game of Thrones event in April.
