iNEO's co-founder Kelvin Koo heads to Falcon

Falcon Agency has appointed Kelvin Koo as a partner and managing director for the Singapore operations. He will be leading a growing team and portfolio of clients across multiple industries, with a goal of continuing his streak of developing award-winning digital campaigns.Koo brings with him a previous experience as head of digital of Publicis Singapore, where he was involved in several business wins, which included Audi and OCBC’s social media management, and the Health Promotion Board’s integrated marketing campaign.
