Ikea makeovers make better use of space

BBH Asia Pacific has launched a new spot for Ikea called “The Ikea Bedroom Stories”.

Two short films have been created which feature bedroom makeovers for people facing unique space challenges.

The first film centres around the life of a 30-year old civil servant Frank, whose passion for Cosplay has not only seen him sweeping up awards at world championships, but has also left him with a cluttered bedroom.

The second film features Michele, a mom trying to squeeze her beloved husband and son into one bedroom in a four room flat.

The campaign will be running for a month online in Singapore and Malaysia. Meanwhile a print ad promoting some of Ikea’s other products will also be running on local newspapers.
