The Badminton Association of Malaysia (BAM) and Maybank have launched a campaign offering Maybank users a shot at 300 free tickets to the Maybank Malaysia Open Super Series Premier 2014.
The Super Series Premier will be held for the first time in Malaysia at the Putra Indoor Stadium in Bukit Jalil this 14-19 January 2014.
The campaign titled Maybank Open Spend And Win runs on the banking institution website maybank2u in Malaysia from 1-30 November and Singapore from 15 November to 31 December.
Maybank tells A+M that this marketing campaign aims to provide a truly “money-can’t-buy” experience for the ultimate badminton fan because winners will have the opportunity to view and cheer their favorite players on in court side seats which are a mere 10 feet away from the action.
The campaign is opened to all eligible Maybank credit and debit card members in Malaysia. In Singapore, the top 50 eligible debit card members with the highest number of debit transactions in the duration of the campaign will win exclusive seats to the open.
The agencies in charge are Grey Malaysia for creative, Zenith for media and Yolk@Grey for digital.
The campaign is supported by all major print and radio stations, out of home and on social media channels.
The Super Series Premier will be held for the first time in Malaysia with the top 10 world ranking players in each category competing for the total prize money of US$500,000. Malaysia is one of five host countries for this elite series together with England, China, Indonesia and Denmark.
