Frasers Hospitality reappoints KRDS Singapore for social duties

Frasers Hospitality, a member of Frasers Property Group, has re-appointed KRDS Singapore as its social media agency. The move is an extension of their initial engagement in 2017.Following the move, KRDS Singapore will take on consultative approach, which includes providing strategic advice to Frasers Hospitality on creating and maintaining a successful social media presence. The agency will also be extending its scope to long-form content to establish the Frasers blog as a content hub for travel.Last year, Frasers Hospitality crafted a holistic social content strategy to improve brand awareness and increase conversions. With the help of interactive content via Instagram stories, Canvas and social content, the brand witnessed organic growth on Facebook and Instagram, the statement read.A spokesperson from Frasers Hospitality said that over a nine-month period of working with KRDS on its social media channels, the brand saw a growth in the number of fans, reach, engagements and conversions. The agency was also actively involved in helping to relaunch Fraser’s blog, www.frasermoments.com.“That is why we were keen to explore a longer-term relationship. The team at KRDS have been proactive in supporting us with creative ideas and content creation, and we look forward to having them play a bigger role in delivering strategic insights and content recommendations in the future,” the spokesperson added.“With the focus being on knowledge sharing this year, we’re enthusiastic about assisting the Frasers Team innovate in the world of social media and content marketing.
