DigitasLBi Singapore has appointed Ryan Balingit as its new head of media for Singapore. He will report to Charlie Newbery, head of media for APAC and Annette Male, CEO APAC. Prior to the appointment, Balingit was leading the global media practice at POSSIBLE, where he spent four years.
This saw him working with brands such as Dow Chemical company, De Beers and the P&G media business in the APAC region. According to the press statement, Balingit brings 12 years experience in the industry, with previous remits in agencies including UM and MediaCom.
DigitasLBi has also appointed Joshua Lee who joins as client partner, working across several of the agencies largest clients and reporting to Male. Prior to the move, Lee was business director and lead of Singapore Office for Spark44, where he managed the Jaguar and LandRover business across multiple Asian markets. Before that, he worked at TBWA/Digital Arts Network in Singapore, Vietnam and Melbourne. At TBWA/DAN, Lee was responsible for the SEA Mastercard “Digital and Social engine” account.
