CPF Board online strategy tender sees 8 agencies in the running

The Central Provident Fund Board (CPFB) has shortlisted eight agencies for a pitch to secure online engagement strategy development and operational support. The tender was first launched in January this year.

The agencies shortlisted are Havas Worldwide Singapore, KRDS Digital, Ogilvy & Mather Singapore, Publicis Singapore, Wild Advertising & Marketing, 108 Growth Partners, Comwerks and Germs Digital. According to Gebiz, the length of appointment will be from 16 April 2018 to 15 April 2020, and duties include services in the areas of advertising, graphics and consultancy.

Earlier last year, CPFB handed out pitch fees to shortlisted agencies in a tender for integrated marketing and creative services. According to a brief seen by Marketing at the time, the organisation stated that it will pay an honorarium of SG$3,000 to up to five tenderers shortlisted for the second stage of its selection process. It later appointed formul8 as its integrated agency.

It also launched its third annual Big ‘R’ Chat integrated campaign, as part of its ongoing outreach initiative to create awareness and understanding of the CPF system’s holistic role in retirement planning. The campaign, which ran until November 2017, aims to make it easier for members to become better informed about CPF benefits and enhancements.
