Alchemy adds more Cambodia business

Singapore head quartered creative agency Alchemy has been appointed as the digital marketing agency for Total Cambodge in Cambodia. The win will see Alchemy driving the overall digital communication planning, creative and production for the brand.

Total is a French multinational integrated oil and gas company and one of the six “Supermajor” oil companies in the world. Its businesses cover the entire oil and gas chain, from crude oil and natural gas exploration and production, to power generation, transportation, refining, petroleum product marketing, and international crude oil and product trading.

Today, Total’s mission is to meet the world’s changing energy needs; and Alchemy will develop an effective online platform that drives awareness and understanding of their mission.

“Digital marketing has the nature of being frequent, repetitive, progressive, speedy and cost effective, and we feel that this team has the capacity to deliver the requirements as they not only have a deep understanding of digital marketing but also strong execution.“ said Wang Huan, senior VP of marketing and sales, Total Cambodge.

“In a fast-paced digital world, it’s especially important for a leading international brand like Total to take its conversation further while driving brand awareness. The digital space in Cambodia is the perfect environment to achieve this as it has great potential to reach and engage consumers,” said Alvin Wong, CEO of Alchemy.

He added that he was delighted with the win, as it was another great addition to a recent spate of wins for Alchemy’s Phnom Penh office and helped to underline their social and digital credentials in Indo-China.   Founded in 2005, Alchemy handles a broad range of clients in Singapore and Cambodia, including Unilever, Heineken (Asia Pacific), Red Bull, F&N, Ford, Peugeot and Maki-San, amongst others.
