Wildlife Reserves Singapore (WRS), dedicated to the management of world-leading zoological institutions—Jurong Bird Park, Night Safari, River Safari and Singapore Zoo—will undertake a comprehensive transformation of its digital experience by teaming up with digital transformation agency, Mirum Singapore, and global technology leader, Adobe. With the implementation of Adobe Marketing Cloud, WRS will embark on the first phase of a strategic initiative to transform guest interactions with the brand before, during and after park visits.“This initiative aims to support the organization’s vision to inspire people to conserve biodiversity through   meaningful and memorable wildlife experiences. We envisage the unfolding of a compelling omni-channel experience over the next few years that not only delivers functional value and utility, but also deepens emotional connections with guests.” said Belina Lee, chief corporate development officer, Mandai Park Holdings (holding company of WRS).“Powered by the Adobe Marketing Cloud suite of products, the transformation will fundamentally change the guest experience with the parks over time, with end-to-end digital and physical experiences across all lines of business,” said Damon Scarr, Adobe, Director, Strategic Partnerships, APAC.“We are thrilled with the opportunity to be part of this exciting journey with Wildlife Reserves Singapore to transform the world-leading wildlife parks. Their ambition and progressive brief suits us well in showcasing our caliber and helping in the transformation of the digital experience.” said Rueben Anthony, Managing Director, Mirum Singapore.
