A new commercial from Kraft to promote salad dressing has fallen foul with fundamentalist Christians across the US, even driving them to release a "Shame on Kraft" press release. The "Let's Get Zesty" campaign features a naked model sprawling on a picnic blanket leaving little to the imagination.Surely he's getting ready to toss the salad? Right? It seems that the company got what it wanted, with conservation Christian group One Million Mom, taking the campaign's publicity to a whole new level."Kraft has gone too far and will push away loyal, conservative customers," they declared."Christians will not be able to buy Kraft dressings or any of their products until they clean up their advertising."The model, Anderson Davis, dubbed "The Zesty Guy", has become the company's spokesperson and boasts more than 8,000 Twitter followers @TheZestyGuy.The campaign spans print and social media. The company's Facebook page provides also clothing versions where most of the comments are positive. One of a commenter even stated: "I really love this entire ad campaign!!!"[gallery ids="17118,17117,17116,17115"]
