Watson launches Elfira Loy’s ‘EL Collection’ to promote confidence in women

Watson Malaysia has collaborated with Malaysian actress, model and social influencer, Elfira Loy, to launch her collection of beauty accessories “EL Collection”, exclusively available at Watsons Malaysia.

In a statement to A + M, the brand said that it will be using 360 marketing to reach out to consumers and Watsons members, however it declined to reveal the monetary value of the partnership.

“Watsons has always been advocating the emphasis of inner beauty,” Caryn Loh, general manager and country head of Watsons Malaysia, said. This is in conjunction to Loy’s inspiration of giving women a confidence boost to “look good, feel good” while leading a healthy lifestyle. Thus, the collaboration is aimed to inspire these women to be confident and strong. Among the list of items launched in the collection also includes exclusively designed shawls, scarfs, clutch, makeup pouches and brushes.

“We worked around the main theme of ‘Sinar Dirimu’ in her custom design collection of beauty accessories which would hopefully remind our customers to shine by displaying their inner confidence in any situation to stay bold and beautiful,” Loh added.

“The ‘Sinar Dirimu’ EL collection by Loy which is only available to Watsons members, demonstrates Watsons in keeping our promise to bringing a “world” of privileges to our valued Watsons shoppers. Some of the benefits that members can look forward to are a line-up of exciting members-only deals and by invitation-only events,” Danny Hoh, customer director of Watsons Malaysia, said.

According to Loy, Watsons is her preferred choice when it comes to a complete health and beauty shopping experience. In addition, she is also a loyal Watsons shopper and Watsons Elite member.
