StarHub’s latest campaign titled the Power to be has just launched.
Coinciding with the upcoming Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) Finals Singapore, of which StarHub is the official telecommunications and broadcast partner, the video features women athletes of various cultural backgrounds excelling at sports such as rugby, swimming, weightlifting and tennis.
The campaign runs on the hashtag #powertobe. The video spot, which showcases the high-intensity nature of the sports, is accompanied by the popular old-school tune, ‘Que Sera Sera’.
The chirpy soundtrack halts at the refrain, “The future is not ours to see”, followed by a caption to iterate a powerful statement: “The future is not ours to see. It’s ours to create.”
Uploaded on its YouTube page on 6 October, the video has garnered over 146, 700 views so far.
