Valore, parent company of the Challenger brand has launched a new look in its stores. Retail and brand consultant agency FITCH was appointed in February, following a pitch, to create a new seamless retail experience for the brand. The partnership is said to be ongoing.
Working closely with the Valore team, FITCH re-designed Valore’s retail environment and brand identity. Taking cues from the fast paced nature of the fashion industry, Valore’s new positioning allows consumers to shop their tech accessories by colour or ‘life moment’ both in the physical store, and the online ‘colour community’.
Loo Leong Thye, chief executive of Challenger, said: “We are confident of seeing greater impact and consumer recognition with the new retail experience and brand identity that has been created with the support of FITCH. On the launch of the new store concept, Jane Perry, managing director of FITCH Singapore added that “the design team at Challenger value design solutions that are built from sound strategic shopper insights” which helped steer the agency in creating a new retail experience for the brand.
