Unilever launches breezy new OOH campaign

To drive home the message that laundry’s a breeze with “Breeze”, Unilever has launched a two-dimensional (2D) advertisements that is to be displayed on 16 SBS Transit buses.

The 2D structure, created by Moove Media, ComfortDelGro’s outdoor advertising arm and leading out-of-home media owner, showcases a near 1m tall signature bottle and a tilted “whirlpool” about 6m long. Meanwhile, the single-decks are plying areas including the shopping belt along Orchard Road, the financial district as well as populous heartlands such as Ang Mo Kio from now until mid-October this year as part of a six-month bus advertisement campaign.

Jayne Kwek, CEO, Moove Media said that the 2D bus advertisements are “as effective in capturing the attention of commuters and the public-at-large as in the case of Unilever’s Breeze advertisement. It allows advertisers the flexibility to be creative with their messages.”

Vicki Ting, Breeze brand manager of Unilever added that the brand is always seeking ways to make its marketing dollars work harder through impactful executions.

“The 2D buses allow us a larger canvas to drive our message more effectively to our target audience on the roads,” Ting added.
