Unilever comes on board Customer Loyalty 2014

Namita Mediratta, global director consumer & marketing Insights at Unilever has joined the esteemed list of speakers for Marketing Magazine’s second annual Customer Loyalty which starts tomorrow.

Mediratta is a recipient of  the prestigious Global Methodology Award from ESOMAR for her work on Measurement of Behavior Change Initiatives, as well as multiple recognitions within and outside Unilever.

She has lived and worked across many developed and emergent markets as diverse as Turkey, Russia, China, Indonesia, Kenya, Singapore and India, and she has led multiple firsts for Unilever in brand communication, equity and behavioral research.  She is also currently leading the first project for Unilever in collaboration with the Asian Consumer Institute in Singapore.

At the event, Mediratta will talk about tactical loyalty and how maintaining brand loyalty need not be a complex process.
