Tribal Worldwide Hong Kong has announced the launch of its Total Experience (TX) solutions suite. This follows the Singapore launch of TX by Tribal Worldwide Asia in September 2018.
Six core practices make up the TX solutions suite. These include business consulting, data science, customer experience, technology engineering, creative and social, and Equator.
In addition to tech innovation hub Equator, each practice is led by a specialist in the field as follows:
- Business consulting – head of business transformation Michael Lung.
- Data science – head of business technology YC Yak
- Customer Experience – head of experience John Woo
- Technology engineering – principal consultant, technology Herry Budiyanto
- Creative and social – ECD Marco Lam

Tribal Worldwide attributes the TX suite as being instrumental in the agency successfully winning a two-year partnership with the Hong Kong Tourism Board for the DiscoverHongKong.com revamp. The consultancy will be responsible for the portal’s content strategy, customer experience and engagement programmes, and enterprise CMS build. Tribal is also touting its partnership between Equator and Hong Kong Polytechnic as being crucial to grooming the next generation of digital practitioners.
