Tokio Marine Asia has reappointed FALCON Agency as to manage social strategy, digital content creation, campaign support and community management. The appointment is for a period of one year and covers the Southeast Asia markets.
According to Benito Mable, VP, Tokio Marine Asia, the agency not only demonstrated its ability to execute on strategy and delivering good results over the last 12 months, but was also a strong partner for Tokio Marine.
“We have built a solid momentum and with this reappointment, FALCON’s managing partner Kelvin and team are in a position to further extend this success,” Mable added.
Koo said that the team has established a strong understanding of the brand’s challenges and priorities, while developing a strong working relationship with both the regional and local teams. In the second term, the agency aims to work more closely with the local markets and continue to evolve the role for social and content for the brand, beyond just likes and engagement, towards more business focused objectives.
FALCON was first appointed last year, following a pitch launched in the fourth quarter of 2016, which saw then incumbent Social Metric vying for the account. In 2017, Changi Airport Group also picked the agency for email marketing duties for its Changi Rewards Programme.
